Blowhan was arrested this morning for hitting a pedestrian with her car. The victim was taken to the hospital and is going to be okay..and probably a lot richer. The Blow recieved an appearance ticket and was released with no bail. What can you say? No really, what can YOU say?

WHY was she driving in Manhattan? There's no reason, call a damn cab is right! I would never attempt that. Plus, apparently she left after getting there and was gone for a while and came back. Had to meet her connection. You know thats whats going on! Did they search her or her car? hellz no! Us?, yes, they would have! & we would have been taken downtown. In NYC if you have the bucks, you hire a car service to pick you up in a Lincoln Towncar. There are hundreds of Towncars on the streets of Manhattan. Heaven forbid you ride in a cab that ordinary people sat in before you!
