So, that's what a $2.3 million dollar public toilet looks like. Taxpayers paid for it in a park in Queens. Nice. It has three stalls for women and 2 urinals and a stall for men. Hold your judgements, it also has a handicapped stall AND a changing table. Makes total sense to me.
