Pasco County, Florida Heath Officials are issuing a waring about a rabid Raccoon on the loose. You should avoid Raccoons and teach your children to avoid all Raccoons they are not familiar with. (WTF?) If you need help identifying a Raccoon, there is their helpful photo. That is a rabid Raccoon if ever I saw one. Yes, indeed. Rabies stinks, everyone knows that. The alert goes off in 90 days.

I know. I love coons. Awww, I have shared my dinner with many a coon and their manners are usually quite good. They always wash their hands first too.
