Will Wendy Davis really have a chance?

I don't like talking about anything political on here much, because I don't believe in the system.  You guys know that. It pisses me off too much to follow anything but the big stuff. But, this is big stuff. Wendy Davis is kicking ass on a finance raising tour for the Texas Governor's campaign. In a world where the player with the most money wins, Wendy is being backed by Hollywood. I hate that, but, I love it too, because where else is a woman like Wendy supposed to get a step ahead in a world filled with big boys in ten gallon hats? If you're interested, go HERE and read it. We all need Wendy Davis in office, no matter where we live. Every time I see her in the news, I cheer her on and I look up at the sky and say to the energies of the Universe, please don't let my grandchildren ever have to live in a world where women are treated as second class citizens ever again. It's one of the issues so close to my heart, I can hardly stand the stuff going on in Texas and other places concerning women's rights. So, if it takes Hollywood to put someone like Wendy where she should be, then so be it. It's not right, but, democracy has become a joke. We have to fight fire with fire. Please let Wendy Davis turn out to be what she seems so far. We need her.

PS, please don't let the redneck big boys make new rules that kick her out of the game because they're scared of her. They ARE scared of her, you know. Those types are scared of all of us. That's why we have to be kept in line with laws taken straight from the bible. These old men have no business in women's issues and it's time we let them know that thier behavior won't fly anymore.
