Heroine or Horror?

I've been following the case of Ian Watkins, that rock singer from the UK (his band was called Lostprophets), who was convicted, FINALLY, of child abuse, trying to rape a baby and a lot more, (bitch got 35 years, which is not enough). The last piece of the puzzle was one of his former lovers, Joanne Mjadzelics. Anyone who followed that awful case knows, that they wouldn't have been able to convict him at all without the evidence Joanne provided. But, she was also charged along with him. There were tapes in his house of them talking about raping infants and how hot that would be. He also did a lot of his sex talking on the Internet. So, she has emails and messages..and oh, ick, images he sent her and she sent him.

Joanne, a mother of one herself,  has claimed all along that she was setting a trap for Ian because when she first found out about his real sexual interests, it terrified her. She went to the cops, more than once, but, they wouldn't listen to her. I don't know why. Because he was a big star there? Because she's a former prostitute? Because she had zero tangible evidence? What does any of that matter if someone says they know of a child being sexually abused? Don't the authorities there have some kind of law that says they must check it out? Joanne has always claimed that the child porn found on her computer was used to set a trap to catch Ian, and the sex tape? That too. In the tape (no, I didn't see it) she and this baby raping monster have sex and the dirty talk is all about him raping infants. He specialized in infants. Now, most of us would puke talking about it, but, she actually had sex with him and talked this shit with him, smiling into his dead eyes. I can understand trying to trap him, but, I couldn't have gone that far. But, you have to remember, she used to be a hooker, so maybe she can close off her mind and just do it. You'd have to be able to, if you weren't a total psycho. She's a former pro, it meant nothing to her. Neither did the talk. You give the client what he wants, I suppose, and get your money and leave. Who cares what they fantasize about? That's their problem, when you just need enough money to buy your dope before you get sick again. Hey, I'm just trying to think like her. If this was her former life, then I understand how she could have sex with him and talk this shit, with no emotion, no reaction. When I really think about it, I know, if my child's life was in danger or some nut was going to kill me, I could reach down into that dark place and find it. That ability, the deadness you'd need to pull it off. But, I can't do it on command, like she did.

A jury finally settled it. They believed her story, that she was trying to trap him and make him stop this horrible thing he was doing. Joanne can go back to her regular life now, whatever that is. I always believed her. Not because they had evidence, like her turning him in, documented, but, I just looked at her face. I even took her name and went to images and just looked at all the pics of her I could find. In some she looks bad and bad assed too. In a few, she looked almost pretty, but, broken somehow. In a sad way, not in an evil way. But, there was not one that told me, 'this is someone who would hurt a baby'. This is a woman who has walked a hard road. A very hard road. But, I don't know, and I know it sounds stupid, but, she looked like someone who would do anything to take him down. I guess the jury thought so too, based on evidence though, not her face.

Enjoy your 35 years in the pen (but, I doubt you live that long), you baby raping piece of shit. You should be doing life or be put to death. None of that protective custody bullshit I know you'll get. You sickos don't deserve that. You should be in general populations. But, it won't matter. They will get you in there. Anytime you leave your unit for a moment, they will be waiting. There are men in there dreaming of killing you slowly. And they will. They have nothing to lose.

Do you think he looks like a psychopath? I think I am learning to spot them, by the eyes. But, I may be fooling myself, because I fear them. I can see how woman were taken with him, he's handsome, and a rock star. I get it. But, in all his photos, his eyes look sort of dead. I can't put my finger on what it is, I googled Ted Bundy and yep, he had it too. That dead look. There were many women on the internet who were happy to think they were his girlfriend and did anything for him. I do mean anything. My stomach just went at the thought of some of things they did do. I actually had to go puke in the middle of a post. I think that's a first. His crimes were horrendous really. Just, so awful. And those stupid women! They don't even know how many of them there are. To do such evil for the love of a man? Or to actually enjoy it with him? This is one fucked up world.  I hope the authorities can get as many of those chicks that they can and take all their kids away. I can not even begin to image what makes them tick or anything that could make you stay with this monster, even a second, upon hearing his real sexual fantasies.

I am glad the jury found Joanne not guilty. I think she is a heroine. Because of her past, this woman had a rougher time than most of us would have, just because of that. Yet she followed it through, all alone, until she got him put away. Almost losing her own freedom in the process. What do you think? Does she look like a kiddie sex type person to you?
