Your standards are so high Pat.
I had a friend who seemed totally fine when we were 19 or so, but as we got older, she became the other woman in several relationships. She had major hate for the wives, too, though I am not sure she ever met them.
I also worked with several women who either had office romances with married guys who were really not even minimally attractive, or started affairs with men they knew were married, and totally pursued it. In one instance, the nurse I knew was being kept in a very nice apartment, and got pregnant,when his wife was pretty far along with twins.
I think it is a brain or psychological defect. I don't understand it, but it seems like it is everywhere.

I'm not saying my standards were high. They weren't. I was totally motivated by hormones. Or Whoremones. I did who I wanted. As the owner of a vagina, I could pick and choose, and never be told no. Married one night stand? I never asked and didn't give a shit. (Please remember, my sexuality came out in the free love era of the hot 70's.) But, to sleep with the man of someone you know or are friends with?? No way. How could you look her in the eyes again? I know I couldn't. I am not a good liar. I would have crumbled.
As for as the nanny things goes, can't these women ever figure out that there are old, over weight, ugly women out there that would make good nannies. I mean really, you hire a good looking woman who will be around all the time, don't you see the possibility that there might be something that could happen. If not, you really are naive or just plain too stupid for words.

Robin stayed with the nanny for like 20 years, ended up with the bitch who was with him when he committed suicide. Depressed? Join the club folks.
Totally agree. To me a guy's only worth having if he's free.
But Arnold's housekeeper was older, not attractive and overweight and it didn't stop him. Most of the free f.cks men get from hired help are homely, according to a male marriage counsellor of 30 years. I think it has something to do with the the idea of having a slut who doesn't have any right to make demands of him and I mean slut in the way HE views it.
Well I agree, he should be free. I hate paying for it.
