You have the right to be stupid in America

HERE is the continuation of a story I've been following and shaking my head at for awhile now. THAT bitch is a clerk of court who refuses to give marriage licenses to gay couples because ...The Holy Babble.

Now we have a judge pussyfooting because 'emotions run high' on both sides. Fuck off. Cunt was hired by the state to do a job, if she won't do it, fire her ugly ass. Also, if she's so stupid that she can't understand that a county clerk of court can not override The Supreme Court, then why was she ever hired in the first place?? The mentally retarded article says 'county clerking' is a family business in this part of Kentucky. She took over the job from her mom and her son is working for her now. What??? WTF?? County clerking is NOT a fucking family business, it's a goddamn state job! Are you kidding me? Am I being punked?? Even her lawyer is not giving poker face. He clearly knows she's a mental case and stupid, but, he probably got a new suit for his news photo and he's enjoying the heated debate with co-workers. He's like the Don Draper of Cousin Fuck, Kentucky right now.

She did consult god on this decision. She did consult god, omg. Too early for this. Please, UFO, come and get me off Earth, please! I can't live here any more. It's too full...OF STUPID.

What happened to separation of church and state? This chick's job probably has a union attached to it and she will never be disciplined.
Several years when I was a HR Manager for a large company - my assistant who was very Christian, took it upon herself to try to change the mind of an employee requesting time off for a medical reason. The medical reason turned out to be for an abortion. I had to pull her aside quickly and strongly remind her that it was not her job or anywhere near her business to pull that crap. She was so upset about the whole thing, shaking and crying. Not our job to shame, lecture or even to give advice to in this instance.

I too was raised and for the most part am still Catholic but always believed and more strongly now - in a womans right to choose. My Mom wonders where I went wrong.

LOL at your mom. My mom tried to disparage my grandmother the other day, claiming she had an...omg...abortion. She could not find it in herself to say the A word. I said, 'wtf was she supposed to do? My grandma had no birth control and kept getting pregnant. I wouldn't be shocked if you told me she had 12. Good for her. Oh, and I had one too and it made me want to live again.' No response. Just shocked look. BOOM! Take that, you mental midget. Ha ha ha.

And what is wrong with people like your HR manager? What in earth makes people believe they can act like this? Where does this sense of entitlement come from? Do not say god. OMG. JK, I know you aren't like that. But, seriously, if I started with my Heathen Pagan shit on them like they do with the god shit, I would be put in a nut hut or jail real quick and that IS the truth. I don't understand why they can't understand that and how wrong it is.

Unfortunately, this story doesn't surprise me. These are the same people who believe there's a war on Christmas when all I see is the stores decorating earlier and earlier every year! Pretty soon, Walmart will have a year-round Christmas department. Can I catch a ride on your spaceship?

Sure, all of us are welcome on the UFO, I am assuming. Yep, the war on Christmas. Got one of those dude on FB and I keep asking him who told him he can't say Merry Christmas? He rants some more. Never answers the question. Of course he also loves the rebel flag and less gun laws and Donald Trump. Whatever. These people can't be reasoned with. Idiots abound.

Halloween decorations are out in our stores. Yours?

I'm not sure about government down south, but around here, the county clerk position is elected. I'm not sure they can remove her before her term is up. If the judge is not willing to act and MAKE her do her job, you'd have a situation where they would either rule in her favor and the plaintiffs would have to go up the rungs of the judicial ladder, which would be very expensive. What's worse? The people of her county will probably re-elect her.

OMFG. I am horrified.
