A good outcome for missing baby in Ohio

Missing two year old, Rainn Peterson, who vanished from her great grandparent's rural Ohio home, has been found...alive! I love hearing stories like this. HERE there's audio of the actual 911 call from the guy who found her, as it happened. It made me cry. That baby was gone for two days. Two days of agony for her family and probably horror for her. But, she's alive and uninjured. Man! Betcha you can't listen to that rescue and not cry.

Aww, poor baby. I'm happy she's okay, too many go without being seen again.

I wonder how far she was from her g/p's home?

So many missing kids lately from Ohio. I'm so happy this one is found. Wonder why she didn't attract attention by making noise.

She was over a mile away from what I read. Poor kid was just wandering in the fields. You would play hell spotting a lost kid in the fields now, the crops are drying, the weeds high. The dude was scouting for her on a four wheeler. If they hadn't taken those vehicles, they never would have found her in time. She was laying down too! I think the purple shirt helped. Man, I think it's good to dress kids in loud colors when they play outside, so you can spot them. I was also thinkin', pin a bounce light on them. Why not? I got one for my cat for $12 bucks, it takes no batteries and it's neon green. I can always find him at night. Seems like something you could pin on a kids shirt if they're playing in rural areas. Losing a child is too hard to even think about, but, they're quick and it can happen in a flash.
