Dirt yard (?) with a bunch of cars parked about a house structure like a 101 consecutive weekends of Pa forgetting to take his meds and thinking he's a builder again - all that's missing is a dozen cats wandering about and Halle in a rocking chair out front with a 12 gauge shrieking "I told you not to talk to me dammit!" I'd say with the cabinet staining the value of Hillberry's estate is just gonna shoot up to 58 000
