None of us, on here, thought the Joel Madden photos (with Nicole Richie) were hot. So, I had to go look and find some close face pics of him. It was hard to find him without bandmates or starletts hanging off him, but, here's two. Is he hot?? He's right on that line between average and hot. If he's witty, he's hot..if he's a dumbass, he's not. Let's hope, for Nicole, that he's witty.

Based on some exposure to his music I would say that whiny is more likely than witty.
Look-wise he resembles too closely my jail-bird bad attitude half brother for me to have an opinion other than no thanks (I'm not Angelina Jolie afterall) but for some reason he always has women hanging off him and he treats them like crap, and I'm not talking skanks, but honestly attrative, intelligent, good job to pay all the bills while he sits on the couch waiting on his next welfare cheque women.
I think the appeal is some ladies like to get themselves a fixer-upper, while those of us with the more discerning taste go for the move right in starter package like Leo and Brad right DD?
Im not attracted to his pasty complection...or his eyeliner. He looks like a heroin user, which is ultra icky. Maybe his tatoos hide his track marks?!
I suspect I could probably be his mother, so I will say NOT HOT LOL.
He's cute. Good Charlotte was briefly popular in...oh I'd say about '99 and then went away for a couple years and then came back. The songs they put out in their first stint of fame I thought were cute. I haven't listened to their newer stuff. But he seems basically average. I hope he's good for Nicole Richie. She really seems like a nice girl just on a bad path, unlike all the other retards in her age group.
