Prince Harry might be deployed to Iraq. That's the rumor floating around in British newspapers. The Defense Ministry called the report speculative, saying the deployments are not finalized. The royal family has refused to comment. This is sounding less and less like a rumor. Prince William cannot be deployed because he is first in line to the throne. I hope it's not true.

Basic facts...he'll be as close to action, as a deep underground bunker in the green zone. If not he's not dangering only himself, but everyone serving with him. This all is mostly a royal publicity stunt.
Didn't his Uncle Prince Andrew go and do a bit of fighting. Grant it he was a bit further down the line, and wasn't in Iraq, but I guess Harry has to do what he feels he needs to do?
