Corinne Bailey Rae and John Mayer were extermely enjoyable and the highlight of an otherwise ear splitting two hours of shit. John won a Grammy for Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Waiting on the World to Change." I still don't know what he sees in that retarded Simpson girl, but, fellow blogger John Mayer is definitley on my list of fav musicians.
Here's another reason I hate the fucking Grammys..no gossip. The Golden Globes and Academy Awards give us live shots of the audience and the love interests of performers. It's great candid stuff I live for. The Grammys denies us all that and tries to pretend it's pure class. If the Grammys are so classy, how come Fergie won something and was a presenter? I really figured she'd piss her pants on stage. Fug bitch. People who take care of her stage clothes say she poops her pants too. That's class. Stupid Grammys. I would have paid to see a shot of Jessica Simpson giving John Mayer puppy eyes from the audience..but, nooooooo.
Pink just oozed cool. I love her music, she doesn't screech at me and it makes sense. There is no chick who's as genuinely cool as Pink. It's effortless for her. She looked awesome and I think I might copy her hair do. That is my coverage of the Grammys. Done.

I didn't even watch it, as usual. Never watch the grammys, and never watch the latin grammys. Fucking music is not the same it used to be back in the day. Fucking awards for anyone with butt and tit and wig implants that's called a singer/musician. They might as well just stand on the corner of the farmers market and give them grammys away to normal people. Nowadays there are very little exceptions that deserve to be recognized and a fucking grammy won't cut it. Fuck that. I stick to my Pink Floyd. And Rush's "The Trees". Now that's inspiring!
I hear ya. I try my best to keep up with new music, but, some of it is so dumb. If I hear Gwen singing Wind It Up once more, I may kick someone. Yodee lady hooooo!
It's not like in the old school, when an actor or actress was trained in every possible performing art... Now it's socialite-turned model-turned singer-turned porn star........quality is gone.

I guess one reason Brooke Hogan was there because she had a record out this year. I think it was out this year. I kinda feel bad for her. Especially after the photoshopped pictures for that magazine. Someone said that John Mayer looked like Edward Scissorhands in one of the pics from tonight. I thought that was funny.
I love Pink's hair, too. It really fits her face.
