Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James are fighting his ex for custody of thier three year old daughter. The childs name is Sunny and her mom is porn star Janine Lindemulder, who Jesse split from when she was 7 months pregnant. He hasn't had any relationship with the kid until last January. Now Jesse and Sandra both think the girl is being abused and she's shown up at thier house with suspicious marks and bruises. Janine blames Sandra for getting Jesse more involved in Sunny's life.
What a mess. James has two other children with his first wife Karla James, Jesse James, Jr., 7, and Chandler James, 9. Sandra has spoken about being close to her step children and loving them like they were her own. I guess we have to wait and see what a court says about custody of little Sunny, after a child welfare investigation.

About Porn star Janine Lindemulder...well looking at our many princesses from our so-called mainstream, I'm not so sure the quality of parenthood should be judged upon profession. Go Britney..!

Just to clear something up..I never meant to imply she's a bad mom because of her profession. I meant she's a bad mom for not letting the kid see her dad until January of this year. Grudges suck for little kids.

What a ridiculous statement. The fact that Janine is a porn star has no bearing on her abilities as a parent. Why is it that when ever a woman is strong and comfortable with her sexuality she's treated like dirt. Janine is a successful woman and I seriously doubt she has anything to do with any "suspicious" marks on her child. Just because she's a porn star doesn't mean she can't be a good mom.

A person's profession has no bearing on how they love and raise their children. Jesse James left Janine when she was seven months pregnant. He saw her briefly when she was born and then never again until early this year. Jesse James even claimed the child was not his. He chose not to see his daughter for three years. Janine did not preven him from seeing his daughter, he chose not to. He has been able to see her any time he wants in the last three years, but chose not to. Janine was there for her first words, Janine was there for her first steps, Janine was there for her first birthdays and Janine was there for her first formative years, Jesse was not. Just from this, seems Jesse is the deadbeat here. What kind of person leaves their pregnant wife and then shows no interest in his child. Jesse James also physically and psychologically abused Janine during their marriage. This is fact and in court records. This man has a monstrous temper, one time almost beating Janine because a friend of hers hit one of his precious cars with a skateboard. The so-called bruises on Sunny were from a fall. Jesse James and Sandra Bullok used this to make up false accusations. Yeah, little kids never run or fall. The first time Sunny saw Jesse James, she coiled up with fright, even knowing this was daddy, he was a stranger to her, since he had not seen her in three years. Lets just hope Miss Congeniality leaves soon before she feels the wrath of this loser. Oh yeah and we will not even talk about whey Jesse divorced his first wife.

I support Janine, he left her when she was pregnant and accused her of cheating on him and did not claim Sunny as his own for a long time.
Let's look at Jesse... covered in Tattoos himself and a motorcycle mechanic who puts his own life at risk doing figure 8 racing, etc.
No one is perfect a perfect parent, otherwise we wouldn't have so much crime.

well im a big fan of jesse james, if you watch "Motorcycle Mania 3" it shows that jesse is tryin to be more responsible and want better for his kids, it also shows that janine while in an arguement with jesse pulled a knife on jesse and also another instance threw a vase at him, now both times im not sure if he did anything other than wanting to keep argueing but the way the show made it seem was that he never touched her in any way, just verbal, but also not saying he didn't, just meaning thats how the show was making it out to be, so all and all, i think jesse and sandra would be better parents than janine, janine seems to be a good person, just maybe she goes over the line so its possible that she might have abused them at some extend, and my opinion has nothin to do with the fact that shes a pornstar, just watch "Motorcyle Mania 3"
