I think she's gorgeous and one of Hollywood's natural beauties. People's distaste of her has grown from who she is and how she portrays herself. There should be no debate on her looks.
I dont think she works out judging from the slouched shoulders, toneless abdominals and arachnid appendages. That grill scares the shit out of me too. Not to mention the loose screws in her head, biker tattos, and curious relationship with her brother. yuck. (I'd still hit it though!!)
I don't particularly care for her, but have to admire her efforts in the Third World.
But, I do not think she is truly beautiful. She has some good features, and she is not ugly. But, much ado about nothing...
I think her best part is Brad. He seems to have a truly good heart. Maybe he can see that in her more clearly than the rest of us do, and he just overlooks the truly crazed parts of her.
In any case, they live a long way from me, and are not really friends of mine, nor will they ever be people I would be involved with. So, being "real", what difference could they make to me?!

she seemed to have lost her "shine" and he seems to have gotten it with the kids. They seem to live separate lives but together now.
