Growing her hair would definitely soften her chin, look at Jennifer Aniston, she has the same ugly chin this girl has, but she knows how to play with makeup. Rumer shouldn't use black eyeliner on the bottom of her eyes, it makes them look tiny and weird.... geeesh I think one of her moms makeup artists should show the girl some tricks, but I don't think she is as ugly as you all say.

I can't help but gawk at the oddness and dare I say massiveness that is her chin and face in contrast to the smallness of her features.. I have a protruding chin sort of like Ashley Simpson, but hers surpasses even the greats such as Jay Lenno, and the McDonalds moon man commercials from the 90's.. How is it that Bruce and Demi could produce such a face.. And as I write this I realize that my own children will perhaps grow up and aquire a HUGE face, as the universe's way to get back at my insensitive account of the Rumer's potato head..
