The Osmonds had their reunion on Oprah yesterday as a tribute to their father , George, who just passed away and their mom, Olive who passed away in 2004. They were married for 60 years and had 9 kids (55 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.) There were so many Osmonds on Oprah, that's all that was on Oprah..Osmonds. There were so many Osmonds in one place that the Earth was thrown off it's axis and we will now be encountering a giant meteorite. Well, maybe, I'm not sure, but, is it kind of weird in this day and age to be so proud to have a family that's actually the size of a city? I like the Osmonds too, but, geez, put on a condom. Only rich people could be this proud of reproducing like rabbits on Viagra. I'll bet they don't even know all thier own names.

I bet Oprah was hating her job that day LOL ! It looks like a bunch of SCHOOL kids with their parents .
I bet they do @ names. Birthdays lol I doubt though.
An amazing close and stable family when you consider the likes of the Spears Lohans and Hiltons dont you think.
Ummm... it depends on your definition of close and stable... my husband spent many years in Salt Lake City, Utah. He could not get out of there fast enough... for various reasons. That being said, Arches is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Plane ticket costs must have been a bitch.
I'm sure they had a chartered flight or 2 to accomodate them all. No prob. I have never had a bad thing to say about them & they like big families & pregnant barefoot wives pretty much. But thats just how they roll & it works for them. They can afford it. (Isn't one of the original Osmond brothers a mailman?) However, Marie has stepped out of that box & done her own thing & married out of her faith, divorced 2x & didn't have a large family. She's my fav, love Marie. I used to love her & Donnies, silly little show back in the day. It was cotton candy for my eyes, but it was fun & harmless to watch.
