Senator Joe Biden had the same problem when he was a 1988 Dem Presidential candidate. He kept quoting a speech (giving most of it verbatim, actually) which was originally given by the then leader of the British Labour party, Neil Kinnock. Biden gave the speech when it was taped and shown on TV, without crediting Kinnock. Even though Biden had said it wasn't original before, it still wrecked his presidential bid (well, that and the fact that he's not particularly inspiring).
Dish, I love the fact that you avoid most of the "political hoopla". For me, your blog is a political-free oasis in the middle of all the election year bs.
