David Beckham visited sick children at Shanghai's Xinhua Hospital, but, celeb watchers swarmed the building, the police had to be called and the entrances blocked from the public. The Beckhams do a lot for sick children, they really do. And much of it doesn't seem to be for publicity, but, maybe he should lay off the personal visits if sick people can't get into a hospital because he's in there. That's crazy. People are crazy.

That's low DD. If the Beckhams do good work for others then there should be no problem. There are a handful of celebs who actually care about others in stead of themselves and you bloggers just rip right through them everyday. Try doing a selfless act of kindness for once, you will feel better.

What if you had a sick child that needed care, and you couldnt get in the hosp because the entrance was blocked because of whatever reason? I getcha DD
The Becks have raised amazing amounts of money for childrens hospitals by having charity events, not by visiting hospitals. I think Beckham is a nice guy, who cares. But, ppl are crazy.
