I have to wonder why The Blow thinks it would be cool to hang with a 15 year old? Is she stunted? Photo op? Billy Ray is just mean, how else is Miley supposed to lean about ruining your life on the fast track? He should at least let White Oprah babysit.

Good for him, This is kid is sooooooo famous now, everyone wants to take her down, She needs her parents to watch her back and protect her interest.
Everyone's counting the days till this kid 'blows' it. I hope that doesn't happen. Billie Ray keep doing what you're doing dad! There's just way too many bad examples out there right now to give you reason to be strict. It's a good thing. She's still a little kid. Keep it up.
