Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick going out to the premier of her movie Smart People. I liked that photo (it's just so NY brownstone), they look sharp and whatever the Hell it is they have going obviously works for them. To live a celeb life with no scandal is rare.

Gray was in the car when he killed those people. She actually was the least injured. Broderick got pretty messed up too.

apparently a few years ago he met with the women's family...the family was forgiving towards him but thought he should have met with them years before....he has occasionally mentioned it and said it is a horrible guilt..........

When I saw that Dish had posted "scandal-free"... I was SO prepared to set the record straight on Matthew "Manslaughter" Broderick.
Alas, Crabbie did it for me.
After all these years, I still recall that accident and the grief that SOB brought upon the family of those innocent victims. As a matter of fact, I can't even look at the guy's pic without thinking of how he skated on such serious charges.
He drunkenly crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a car being driven by a young woman and her *mother*. Both died on impact. Jennifer Grey received minor injuries and MB was hospitalized with broken bones and a collapsed lung.
He was initially charged (remember this was in Ireland) with "causing death by dangerous driving". The charge was later reduced to "careless" driving. CARELESS DRIVING! The fine?
$175.
He *should* feel guilty... for the rest of his days.
If I remember right, it was 20 some years ago, I never heard he was drunk. Over there you drive on the opposite side of the road and I heard that he got confused and turned into the wrong lane and hit them. I don't think it was ever said that he was drunk. If you've ever had to drive on the right hand side of the road, you know how hard it is.......
