Lauren Hutton was on "Today" talking out her ass about a TV show she's never seen. Sex And The City.

She said, "It's written by guys, who happen to be gay, who are sluts. That's what I think. Let's face it most men are sluts. That's what testosterone is supposed to do. As a hunter, if you stayed alive after 30, nature wanted your genes out there. Women were just trying to get the best sperm to make a masterpiece. You have a bunch a guys who are sluts, writing for women and telling them they are supposed to act like this."

Hutton ended her tirade by saying: "I've never seen the show. Are the girls like that or not?"

Let me answer her high handed question. No, they were not sluts. Only the Samantha character was slutty and that behavior was based on some personal problems she had with self esteem. Carrie had a selection of sexual encounters, usually based on finding a soul mate. Miranda and Charlotte were not slutty at all. The show was not about sex or sluttiness, it was about women living in a fairly real modern world and all the problems and decisions that come from that. And it was about friendship. Unquestioning, unfailing friendship. That's why women liked it, not because they were slutty. Lauren Hutton has proved herself to be an idiot and she needs to go to a retirement home for ex fug models and shut up. She's also lucky I used that photoshopped picture because her real face would scare you now. Dumb bitch of the week.

Why do you give a shit, DD? It's just TV. Because people shouldn't talk shit on a talk show when they've never even watched what they're spouting off about. It's completely retarded behavior. Plus, that show was mainly written by Candace Bushnell. Sound like a gay man to you?

The book it's based on was written by a woman. But I think most of the show's writing (or directing or something) was actually done by a gay guy. I happen to relate not at all to that show. And I have watched many episodes.I can't picture women engaged in such witty and sardonic dialogue all the time and frittering their money on stupid shit. It makes it harder for guys to believe that there's actually down to earth girls who will play video games with them out there.
I saw parts of the Today show and her makeup thingy looked great... facesomething.. that compact with every kind of makeup in it.
Sex and the City has taught women what my bestfriend needs to know. That it's great to have that someone special in your life, but it doesn't define who you are. It also doesn't devalue if you don't have a partner either. Be the strong woman you are. Take pride in what you enjoy. And, friends really are our own home made family. For those who think the show is just about sex, pull your head out of your ass. Pay attention. There are other things in the world.

Ok, wait a second DD, Samantha loved her body and knew she was hot. She had no self esteem problems, she just loved men and sex.
Women can be like that with no excuses.
