The Real Estate thing doesn't surprise me at all. Charlie must have a small one because it seems like he's on this never ending Power Trip. I don't think he is capable of true love. Look at his recent Wedding Pictures. Poor Brooke is going to get hurt.

I have no doubts what so ever that Brooke knows exactly what shes getting into. If her ego gets stung like DD said 12 mill makes a delish bandaide.
