Reba Schappell - "The Fear of Being Alone"
I know you've all seen them. We've ALL seen them. Dori, who now want's to be called Reba, has realized her dream of being a country singer. I'm sorry, but, Dori should admit that she got a country music contract because..well..SHE HAS A FUCKING TWIN STUCK TO HER HEAD. The other twin, Lori, does not sing and doesn't want to be in show biz. Tough luck, girl..push the cart then. More power to them for doing whatever they want, but, if I was the mobile twin I'd be screaming to doctors to GET IT OFF ME!!!!!! What a weird song choice..think about that.

Don't write me bullshit about discriminating against the handicapped. I like Lori, I think she's cool, but, she has that dumbass Reba stuck to her fucking head! I'm sure that cuts down on the number of friends she has. You can lie all you want to, that Dori/Reba thing is gross.

For several years the Schappell twins of Reading, PA have been on the news, in the papers, all over the internet, on an endless talk show circuit, made personal appearances on various events, and etc, etc, etc.

Well, maybe cause I live in Canadaland, I've never heard of them either. I have nothing but empathy and pity for both, I cannot imagine what it must be like going through your whole life attached to the head of your sibling. I have many and love them all but the only way I want to be attached to some of them is through a telephone wire...Does the one who is mobile ever get to raise her head?
I just look at her and my neck aches. It IS hard to watch, but I do salute the courage it must take to live your life like this and fulfill some of your ambitions. But I have to agree with you DD, the girl's voice is really nothing special and if she got the recording contract it sure wasn't just because of that...

Oh god. Getting past the conjoined thing, and thats not easy, i hope someone tells her she can't sing for a living and when people ask her to they are most likely taking advantage and mocking them.
The people in their life who love and support them should be honest & be protecting them from this kind of thing.

awwww thats really sweet!!! her voice is a lot better than mine. better than a lot of people. you shouldn't let disabled people gross you out so much. they are humans too, they feel, they love and here we see that they like to sing and dance too. i think the singer has brought much joy to her twins life because, although she is short, she is adventurous. verne should take them out on a date sometime and get away from those fuckin shallow/beautiful 'able bodied' whores/chicks.
Did you know that Reba has changed her name to George? Google it...
