Even though she was busted for buying crack and regular cocaine, Tatum O'Neal was allowed to plead to disturbing the peace and her fine is $95 bucks and she will attend two drug treatment classes. What bullshit. If she was guilty of disturbing the peace, what the Hell are they making her go to drug classes for? Just another example of justice Hollywood style. $95 bucks..wow..that should break her. She spends more than that on French cigarettes every day. What do you think would happen if you or I were busted for crack?

I just disturbed the peace in my bathroom. No fines, though.
I'm sure it would depend on whether or not it was a first-time offense.
However, I think it's safe to say that a habitual drug user "nobody" would get serious time.
