Thanks, Karla, those are a lot of fun. You're handsome boy and his pup make an adorable photo. I love the one of the mushrooms, they're one of my favorite plants and that pic is really nice.

Oh, I love mushrooms. They remind me of my dad. We'd be driving down the road, and he'd see the fungus growing on the side of a barn and pull over and pick them. When we got home he'd boil them with a silver dollar. If the silver dollar turned black, we wouldn't eat them. If not, they were a part of dinner.
Really? I never heard of that,,it's a little scary but cool. You're still typing so it must work. I just avoid gill ones around here. But, I stop for all of them, just to look. They're awesome things.
Silver dollar trick? Does it have to be a genuine silver dollar or any silver thang? Because I'll have to break into my coin collection if that's the case. Meanwhile, that mushroom pic is quite lovely...but don't you kind of want to boil them with a silver dollar right about now?
