The kid is smarter than her mother. You don't give baby's balloons, even if you're standing right there. This makes me feel ickier than when Britney let her baby drive.

Those are so dangerous!! I work in a hospital, and we don't allow them in at all, anymore!
People scoffed but when my son was younger, I wouldn't allow them at any parties etc. Chances are nothing bad would happen but who wants to risk their child(ren)?
They pop in their faces and many kids have died from the small peices of rubber in their throats. Even if you're right there, a baby's throat is so small..it's not worth the risk. Never leave babies or small children alone with balloons. Or probably not animals either. Those balloons just explode with shrapnel bits blown right at the face.
I can remember seeing little kids licking balloons like this. Don't think I ever knew or heard of any child getting a piece stuck in their throat, but now that you say that it sounds like it sure could happen easily. Kids will chew on anything.
11:46 the same goes for playing with plastic bags, saran wrap, bubble wrap etc, it's the smothering or choking to death concern. Not stupid to ask if you don't know.
Honor has a big skull & forehead with these tiny eyes, it makes her look a little odd. I hope she outgrows it.
While it can happen from chewing on a balloon most kids/adults choke on balloons while blowing them up. Mylar is the way to go just to be safe for sure though.
