Madonna will appeal the court ruling denying her adoption. Sure she will. We knew that..she's Madonna. She fucked up though. Remember when we were told that Mercy had been handed over to Madonna's people and was being cared for by a nanny? That info came from her lawyers. Madonna had her people march in there like storm troopers and the orphanage was intimidated. The paperwork wasn't signed and Madonna wasn't even there! Then she shows up expecting to sign on the dotted line and take her new kid home. That judge had to inform her that she is not the Queen of the world. She'll probably get that child eventually, but, why did she have to be such a giant asshole about the whole thing? She needs to learn some manners. Have you ever fallen off a high horse? It's embarrassing, but, rarely fatal. If you're smart, you learn from it.

Yes, but... she's not smart. Some people think she's a good entertainer (I have never been one of those), but her personal life (while also entertaining) has always been incredibly stupid. She has a sense of how to keep the public's attention around her, so that's what she does, at any cost - even a child's.
It seems the only people who really aspire to be like Madonna and Angelina are the crazies - like Octomom. What is she really hoping to accomplish by nabbing these Malawi children? Besides publicity for herself? She couldn't be there because she was busy fucking her Boy Toy. She just can't decide what she wants to be when she grows up.
Lourdes is probably more mature then she is at this point.
Madonna thinks shes above the law, litterally. That her super stardom can and will get her anything she wants, including buying off the judicial system of the poorest country in the world so she can purchase a child that will keep her in the public eye in a way that she thinks is positive. Only reason she's adopting at all because it's the IT thing right now , that and she's refusing to accept shes olde enough to be all her childrens grandmother.
she doesn't qualify as an adopting parent by any stretch of the imagination. she is recently divorced, then ended an affair with a married man, had a very public display of fucking a young boy and she has not adhered to her obligation that she ensure her malawian son stay in touch with his culture, his native tongue and his biological father and family. these were the conditions of her kids adoption. the kid didn't even recognize his bio father and could not understand a word of his native tongue. neither has he visited malawi since he was bought and whisked a few years ago. she's just not a good adoptive parent. all she has is power and money.
