Pat, the "baby movement" is within the game, itself. EA did wonderful with that, but that's as far as I will praise EA (I have a long history). There is one movement where the Sim can buss the baby on the belly; the sound and motions the baby makes are hysterically real.
The beauty is in how to use the in-game camera, then how to edit it after.

I've done a few Sims2 videos (mostly still-pic work, and won a few contests, may I say!(yeah, I have no life))... and this video took a LOT of work.
