On May 4the the two of them are going to Kent State to hear Country Joe play and hear talks given by Bobby Seals and the photographer who took the famous photo's at Kent State..among others. It should be really interesting, I wish I could be there too.

Girls just want to have fun
Miss Tia and Nissa met up for lunch and I love that photo. It made me smile. You gals are so dang cute and it looks like you're having a great time. On May 4the the two of them are going to Kent State to hear Country Joe play and hear talks given by Bobby Seals and the photographer who took the famous photo's at Kent State..among others. It should be really interesting, I wish I could be there too.

Just do it! Life is short. Iowa will be there when you get home. A couple of years ago I did a spur of the moment road trip to Alabama. Threw the dog in the car and we had our own little Travels With Charlie adventure.

yep Country Joe is alive! he was at the 30 anniversary of Kent State and will there again this year. he did the fuck chant in 2000 and i'm sure he'll do it again this year....
if anyone is in the area, i highly recommend coming and experiencing May 4th at kent state...it is surreal and there is just an energy in the air that is indescribable.....
