Bima's horses

The first one is Marco, he's a Haflinger Gelding. (Geldings always make the best riding horse, don't they?) The next one is Patriot, a Thoroughbred/Quarterhorse cross. Gorgeous! And the paddock they're in looks amazing. Thanks, Bima.

Bima your horses are wonderful. Great Pictures. Do you show them at all? Or take them to competitions?

Bima - Marco is simply majestic and Patriot is a standout! Truly gorgeous horses. I am very jealous -- I have always wanted horses. DD -- you seem to know alot about so many different animals that I find it amazing.

Magnificent is about right. That blonde mane....makes me sigh with jealousy!

Hey thanks for the kind comments! Ava's Mom, Yes we do a little bit of showing, low level community stuff, mostly for shits and giggles! Horses are my Passion!!!! I will go broke keeping them boarded here. I live on the border of LA and West Hollywood and the horses are in Glendale. There is a small community there. The Rancho.
It is an oasis of horse freaks! Expensive, but I drive an old bug and work my butt off to keep them!
Marco is a hoot, he talks a lot. He is in the first stall at the barn and he greets everyone! We call him the Walmart Greeter! Patriot is super special too, I am retiring him this year to the high desert!
I'm sending you some more pix!
sincerely, bima

Biuma...I always wanted a horse, but like most people, I have no place tp keep one. We have a lot of open land all around but people don't board horses around here. So I had to give up the dream. But I still love them. I don't know if I'm weird or not, but I love the lines of their muscles. And love to watch the muscle when they run. There's something beautiful about that!

Forgot to ask, what did you mean when you said you were going to retire Patriot to the high desert?
Is he going to be allowed to roam freely?

Gorgeous! I think it's hilarious that you call Marco the Walmart Greeter! Who says horses don't have personality! :)

Bayou Jane, Yes he will have a huge pasture area (not really green in the desert) to roam in with the other geldings. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Food all day! Heaven for a horse!
