Thieves of the heart

Four year old Liam Hainsworth suffers from a learning disability and it makes it difficult for him to speak. In fact, Liam had never spoken a word in his life until his Grandfather bought him a Pug puppy. Suddenly Liam had words. He said, dog! And later Mummy and several other things. His parents rejoiced. Liam and the pup became inseparable and played together for hours. Then the unspeakable happened. The puppy, named Millie, was stolen by heartless thieves from the Hainsworth's back garden. Liam has not spoken one word since it happened. He has returned to silence and tantrums and beats on the dog's empty kennel crying for his missing friend. I hope the West Yorkshire police and Liam's neighbors can help this little boy get his dog back, this is not an ordinary case. It's heartbreaking. Why would you go into someone's fenced garden and steal their pet? For money, because you have no heart.

okay, looking at this pix i have to ask, why did they keep the dog in a crate in the yard????

maybe whomever took it thought they were rescuing it?

That crossed my mind too, that's why I included a source. After reading it all, it doesn't seem like they did anything wrong.

Maybe the back yard wasn't secure enough to let the dog roam freely. As we found out, it certainly was not secure from outsiders.

Evil people!

What is it about pugs. Some weasel stole our pug in our backyard too. My 8 year old is in tears. Left the 2 shitz zuu's but stole her. Who stealsa dog? You have to be one low life to do that.

Poor little pup in a roofless open cage in the backyard?????? I agree with miss tia, maybe they thought they were rescuing it. The pup was so small it would fit in a carboard box in a kitchen or bathroom when not being played with... (just an opinion)
