The Blow's scram bracelet went off at the MTV awards and the judge revoked the bail on her bench warrant. Everyone is screaming, why isn't she in jail? Why don't they throw her in jail?? I'll tell you why. Because every time she parties now the broke state of California makes a fortune. This drinking episode cost her $100,000 dollars, the amount of bail she had to forfeit. The next shot of vodka will cost her $200,000. Somewhere there are judges laughing their ass's off. It's like she's playing a drinking game with the state. "Hey, I'll betcha 100 grand you can't go a week without a drink, ooops you lose!" No, Lindsay has to cover and counter. "I can too, I'll bet you 200 hunerd grand, you bitches!" Hic.*

The bondsman put up the full amount AFTER he'd lost the first 100 grand. Something's funny there.

She should have to pay the full amount. What did she give someone a handy dandy? Or only drink just a tad of a shot?

After being arrested a few times, our state could actually get back on it's feet! We could also house Charlie Sheen for $1000 a day. Any other celebs out there looking to jump bail or move in our jails?
I used to feel a tad sorry for her ass. she is an addict and her family is too fucking greedy (and stupid) to help her or have an intervention.

TMZ says "The man who posted Lindsay's bail yesterday -- David Perez -- tells TMZ Lindsay didn't really forfeit her $100,000 bail. The judge just applied the $100,000 to the new, enhanced bail, adding another $100,000 on, thus forcing Lindsay to pay an additional 10% premium to Perez. So Lindsay has really lost nothing, other than having to pay a total of $20,000 to the bail bondsman.
If the SCRAM people tell the judge Lindsay is drinking again, the judge will go through the same drill. Judge Revel can't revoke bail altogether and throw Lindsay in jail ... because the case involves only a misdemeanor. As long as Lindsay keeps paying the increased premium, she'll be free.
Bottom line ... if Lindsay wants to keep drinking, it will probably cost her $10,000 a pop"

I want to reiterate my earlier advice to Linds.....
Just fucking do the jail time! You're going to wind up there anyway and for a lot longer and it's going to cost a lot more. Go to jail, get out, do coke at home.
