Dirty diaper thief

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – An Amherst man accused of trying to steal dirty diapers from a home has been sentenced to 30 months of probation. Dillon Makuski, 20, was convicted of possession of burglary tools. The Stevens Point Journal reports Makuski also must serve 200 hours of community service and undergo a psycho-sexual examination.
Makuski was detained by the homeowner after entering an Amherst home last September. A Portage County sheriff's deputy found six dirty diapers in Makuski's pockets.
The complaint said Makuski entered the house because he likes to wear diapers and thought there might be some in the house.
According to the complaint, when asked whether he intended to steal dirty diapers, Makuski said "yes."

Lock your doors because these people are out there. I don't think probation will stop him. If he was willing to break into someone's house to steal dirty diapers, you have to wonder what else he had thoughts about. How far was he willing to go? I've heard of scat fetishes, but, this made me ill. Now he's out there again and next time it will be something much worse. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Why do judges let these people go? He'll probably do his community service in a day care. Have you noticed that every single time they pick up a child killer, he has a previous record and probation? Stop him now! This was your warning, officials. Geez.

And when he goes to trial, no-one on the jury will be allowed to hear anything about his previous record. Nice, huh? I think we need to go to a system that has teeth. I do believe in capitol punishment. It is impossible to cure people like this, and even those who can be helped with medication often go off their meds. They don't like the way the meds make them feel, or their friends think they are more fun with out the meds, etc. We need to get back to protecting people as the primary function of the justice system, instead of just enabling the criminals.

Capital punishment for stealing diapers full of baby shit? That's not at all excessive, cruel, or unusual....

Capital punishment for the pedophilia he will probably express at one point in the near future. Think Wesley Allen Dodd who kidnapped, tortured and murdered little tiny kids in my area years ago. He was finally caught and fessed up. He also requested the death penalty because he said there was no curing what he was, and if ever released, without doubt, he would go out and repeat offend again and again. He got his wish.
Stealing dirty diapers as part of a home invasion is the tip of the iceberg. Pedophilia escalates, as do many sex crimes. I wouldn't ever trust a single one of them as being completely rehabilitated. Take chances with your own kids if you wish. I would like the kids I know to be safe. Yes, capital punishment.
