The 19 year old Florida mother who posted this on her Face Book says it was just a joke. Child Welfare Services didn't get the joke and now she's in trouble. You see this kind of stuff on the net all the time. It's so sad. As someone who would love to see marijana legalaized, this kind of "joke" sets us back a million years. And as someone who was a teenage mother in 1972, when bongs were as common as sofa's, it makes me think that baby knows what he's doing. He knows where to put his face and that you're supposed to put a finger over a vent hole somewhere on there. Shame on anyone that would let their baby touch a nasty bong.Why would anyone think that's funny?

The child already is showing signs on how to use the bong. So you know its been around when people use it. Some parents just don't care what their children are exposed to or shown during life.

There is so much wrong in our country, but the alternatives, for the most part, aren't much better. Sad to see a baby with a bong. Especially if he looks like he knows how to use it.

A MOTHER is being investigated after she posted a photograph on the web of her 11-month-old son apparently smoking a bong.
The image, which has been widely circulated on the internet, shows a baby in a diaper with the green, glass smoking instrument at his mouth as if he were inhaling, Sky News reported.
The baby's 19-year-old mother, from Keystone Heights, Florida, claims there were no drugs or tobacco in the bowl, and that her child was not breathing in smoke.
But the photgraph has triggered an investigation by child protection officers from the Florida Department of Children and Families.
"We are alarmed that any parent would take pictures of their child next to what is obviously drug paraphernalia," said department spokesman John Harrell.
He said that the unnamed woman could face serious charges if drugs were used by, or found near, the baby.
The mother talked to news station WJXT via Facebook, and insisted that the pictures were a joke.
"If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO pipe," she wrote.
"And i took a pic to show one (expletive) person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high."
The woman said that as part of the investigation she has been ordered to take a drugs test, and that her son was being checked by doctors.
She added: "Do you realise how serious this is? i can go to jail and he can be taken away from me. WHY would you do something so (expletive) stupid?
"i know what i did was stupid but i would NEVER put by baby in harm. im so nice to everyone idk (I don't know) why you would do this to me."
