Barton cited the Almighty in questioning energy from wind turbines. Careful, he warned, “wind is God’s way of balancing heat.” Clean energy, he said, “would slow the winds down” and thus could make it hotter. You never know.
“You can’t regulate God!” Barton barked at the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, in the midst of discussion on measures to curb global warming. Do you think he might be special? He looks special.

Where do these people come from? Are they truly this stupid? Turbines don't stop the wind, it makes them go round & round and the wind passes through them and keeps on going.
Guess he's an example of what happened when the government closed down most of the mental hospitals years ago. All the crazies are roaming the streets.
