There's something I never wanted to see. Shaun White's mugshot. I heard he got fucked up, trashed a hotel room, set off a fire alarm evacuating guests at some fancy hotel and tore up a pay phone. Then there was a kick fight with a security guard and Shaun either fell or was thrown into a fence. WTF? I hate posting this. I'm the biggest Shaun White fan and I've watched him come up from humble beginnings as a grinning ginge kid with a smile a mile wide to an Olympic champion. Over the years I have enjoyed how real he is in interviews and how smart and funny he is. I watched as he perfected skilled tricks that had never been done before. I watched with breath held as his head hit an ice ledge that should have killed him and rejoiced when he walked away. I've watched as his fame hit all time highs and he bought houses for the parents who supported him. He's dabbled in acting and hasn't been embarassing. But, as time progressed, sometimes I'd cringe at how cocky the fame was making him. Now, he's acting like a Lohan, who I heard he dated at one time. Maybe not actually dated, but, you get the drift. That grossed me out..like the photos of him partying with the Hilton sisters. He's apologized for the incident leading to his arrest saying, " I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I'm truly sorry for my poor behavior." Umm, no, I don't believe you were carried away with 'happiness' Shaun. I believe you were pissed off and couldn't handle it. If fame is too much, take your millions and millions of dollars and go buy a ski resort somewhere and start a school where you won't be papped and acting like a spoiled drunken Hollywood starlett. You're better than this, Shaun White and you were raised better than this.
