It's Winter in OZ. Look at that. I love a walled garden. And the colors are so pleasing. I love the red and blue and I adore that you have old pieces on the wall. I also love seeing people windowsills and what they keep there. How pretty this all is!

This is so welcoming and lovely. Lia, does the look and feel of this space change with the seasons?
I want to know what that waffle iron looking thing is on the wall?
I am in love with this! It looks so peaceful and inviting....morning in Pat's yard.....afternoon here...sounds like a plan to me.

beautiful! and so peaceful looking!!
I think I love the hanging basket brick wall the best. Those are awesome hanging baskets.
Love the stuff hanging on the wall!
What a beautiful space. It's so welcoming and warm. I love the colors and the creativity on the wall. This is better than anything you could find in a magazine.
aw thanks for that. its a small inner city garden dwarfed by surrounding walls and apartment blocks. the road outside is a complete traffic sewer so it is an escape. it does change every season but because there isnt much sun its mostly tropical grean leafy stuff. pat the waffle thing is part of an old mangle i bought in an second hand shop in the mid 70's. just about everything i own is from second hand shops. i'm currently as happy as a pig in mud because i actually work in a second hand shop. im hoping the wall, which catches the sun, will eventually be covered with flowers.
Love this - your own little oasis. It must feel so relaxing to sit out there and feel as if you are somewhere else. I love all the bits and pieces you have. Reflects your love of travel and other cultures.
How wonderful!! I love it!!
Gorgeous urban oasis. It must be such a gem, to sit and have coffee or a drink with friends and chat. It's great to have a piece of privacy in the city.
