Staples Reading Test
THIS was sort of fun. It's a quick little reading test that tells you at what speed you read. There will be a very short comprehension test at the end. I got 186 words in 16 seconds with zero mistakes. This means I read at 718 words per mninute, with good comprehension and that is 187% faster than the national average. Yeah, buddy! But, before I get too cocky, none of the questions included anything about spelling or I'd have just had to check the 'duh' box. Or the 'I'm blond' box. How'd you do?

I got 440 words pet minute, with zero mistakes. I'm not the fastest, but better than what I thought it would be.

368 wpm with zero mistakes....I'm feeling a bit slow! lol
i got 189 words in 39 seconds and my final score was 287 words per minute....i tend to read to ensure it sinks in....

I took three different tests and I got 918 (0 mistakes), 997 (1 mistake) and finally 1,023 (0 mistakes). Not bragging, just extraordinarily surprised. I'm going to forward this to all my friends and thanks for the little dose of "feel good" I got from this! :)
It never occured to me to take it more than once. Shows how smart I am, doh.
