Chupacabra found alive in Texas
THAT is a Raccoon with a serious case of Mange. It has a Coon's snout, a Coon tail, a Coon's opposable thumbs and paws and a Coon body. It eats exactly like a Raccoon and moves exactly like a Raccoon. It is the same size as a half starved adolescent Raccoon, about a year old. "No Raccoon growls like that", says the Texan. Sigh. A Raccoon growls EXACTLY like that when there's much needed food available, but, it's scared. You have to speak Coon, which I do. I have raised dozens of these critters and I'd recognize it anywhere, even in the dark. That is a Raccoon. 'Wildlife experts' (of fucking Texas) identified it, tentatively, as 'canine'. WTF? Are they drunk? It's not the least bit 'Canine''. It is Ursus Minor, small bear... RACCOON, you fucking idiots.
That Mange is serious and will kill it if it's not treated soon. Plus, the poor little thing is in pain. If no one wants this critter (after you find out it's worth nothing), I will take it. It's still young enough to tame and I already have Mange meds in the cupboard. Seriously. You can contact me at the email addy on here. You're pissing me off by the way you're treating that poor animal. So, fork over the Coon, Hillbillies, and you can be free to go look for baby Bigfoot. He's in your wood shed. No doubt. He's small and black and walks on all fours and has a white stripe down his back. You'll recognize him by his smell. Trust me. He's worth a million bucks. (Fucking rednecks, jebus christ.)
ps...Her hair scares me way worse than any Chupacabra.
Screen shot for people who can't see the film.

I'm not able to view vids on here. I wouldn't have anyway. I can't see animal stuff like that. It stays with me for a very long time.
We just lost our 11 year old chihuahua. Congestive heart failure. I cannot stop crying. I've never seen my husband so sad.
All Texans are not like those people, Pat.
We are not all hillbillies.
I'm very sorry about your pup. Losing a pet is hard. No, not all Texan's are fools, but, most of the one's I've met are. Sorry to say. Guntown's full of retards too.
Cut, I put a screen shot on for you. It's clearly a raccoon. The Hillbillies weren't being mean to him, they'd given him food, but, he's in a trap cage and he desperately needs quick medical attention. Instead he's getting media attention and he's terrified. He's also nocturnal and all this is in his face while he's trapped in broad daylight. It pains me so much.
God that pic is painful to look at.
I'm just even more sensitive than usual right now.
He was my best friend for eleven years. Sucks.
I honestly think I could murder someone who does this to an animal, and sleep quite well. Sorry, that's just the way I am. Flawed. I like animals better than people. They're smarter and they truly know what love and loyalty is.
I hate everyone right now. I wish I could punch my own self in the face. Everything sux when you lose your friend.
I know how you feel. I lost the best dog over a decade ago. I still think of her a lot. Give it some time to heal. That's all you can do.
PS.. I wish you could have seen the redneck woman's hair in the film. It might have made you laugh even in the state you're in. It was HUGE.
Cut, I am so sorry for the loss of your little one. I lost my very beloved little girl, Mia, on January second, after a short battle with cancer. I have been devastated ever since. Very teary right now writing this.
DD is right. Time, and thinking of all the good times is what gets me through.
I wish you peace, and that you are able to one day soon, think of her with happiness, and no pain in your heart.
Christina
The raccoon was put to sleep today..poor thing. Sending healing thoughts of comfort to you all..only time can take the edge off of your pain. (((HUGS))))
Thank you, Pat, Christina and Corina. Your words mean more than I am able to say.
Where did they find a biologist that thinks a canine picks up their food with their hands? I don't know if I've heard that exact growl before, but the raccoons that live around me certainly make a lot of growling noises when they bicker among themselves. Poor thing!
Cut, I lost one of my cats recently. He was right outside my front door and something attacked it and broke its' back. I don't know what did it and I feel so bad because I was right on the other side of the door and couldn't save him. He was a blue russian. I never go looking for cats but they seem to find me. A few days later my son brought me a cat that needed a home. He is a blue russian. I figgure that means I was supposed to take him. He doesn't take Grays' (the first cat) place, he can't. He just needed love and attention and I will do that.
Cut, you never forget the animal that has been a friend. You are not supposed to forget them. But you will remember the love you shared with it and when the time is right, you may find another friend to love.
I found out today that there has been a fox sighted in my yard. Since the cane has been cut, it seems the animals from the woods way back of my house are coming to the front and that bothers me. I know there are cayotes back there. None of the woods has been cut and no land has been taken from them so I don't know why they are moving like this. We did have a strangely cold winter. I don't know if that means anything, but things are changing around here.
I'm sorry to read more of you have lost pets recently, it makes me sad for you.
Jane, a fox, really?! I'd be excited. I've had them when I lived in the counrey (wild, not pets) and they are a joy to watch. They never caused trouble or ate my cat or birds. Of course, I fed everything, including them. You might be surprised at how much you grow to like them. They're sneaky, but, friendly and they have such a joy for life.
Corina? They put it down? Ahhh, how sad. It was bad off. So, just as well. But, I saved a dog that was worse off than that once. It took some work and patience. I think I could have tamed and save that raccoon. But, I admit to shooting a coyote that had bad mange once. I knew I couldn't tame it to help it, and it was getting dangerous. It's so sad, but, sometimes death is the kindest thing for the poor things.
Lisa, I loved your comment. For real, how many 'canines' pick up food with their hands and thumbs?? Experts, my ass. Any four year old redneck in Guntown knows a coon.
