I should have known it's Gay Pride week, my Face Book has support the gay pics on it. There's even one from a Guntowner! I hit the like button, but, I hit that for everything. Even stuff that, I have no idea what people are talking about, but, I figure they're into it, so..hey. I comment on ones I actually get and like. Anyhow, so, Gay Pride week and Anna Paquin spoke out online and said, "Proud to be a happily married bisexual mother. Marriage is about love not gender."
At least I know she just wasn't posting that to be weird. (She is sort of weird.) She posted to support gay marriage and gays. It's totally cool and I support the gays too. You know I do. I should find something relative to Face Book, but, I've been too busy to even open that much. Anyway, even though her comment was cool, the first thing I thought was, 'Yeah, I dig my hot husband and life now, but, I'd still munch some carpet if I could get away with it." Only, in my head, I said it dirtier. Because, yeah, I'm basically a Guntowner, and environmentally retarded. I try to stay above it, but, you can't help what your brain spews inside your skull.
So, I want to know what's the first thing YOU thought of when you read her quote? I also envy her because at least she knows what she is. I don't. I love looking at women. Women are prettier than men, they have way more interesting faces and bodies, usually. They have hair and makeup and fashion too. Usually. (I'm aware there are exceptions.) But, I could never fall in love with a woman. Just wouldn't happen. You'd think that would make me straight. But, even though I've always fallen for men, I can't stand them in a relationship. Actually, when I think about it, I can't stand relationships, period. They're always cloying, annoying and I'm always over it almost as soon as it begins. It's me that sucks, and I know it. So, straight, gay or bi? Who the fuck knows? Asexual is when you have no sexual feelings, right? I think my libido was accidentally removed surgically. But, it still kicks in once in a blue moon. Usually it has something to do with Dr. House. That is a whole nother post.
Frankly, I got sick of everyone talking about their sex lives long ago. Now days everyone gives way to much information and everyone has a sex tape. But, I'm the first nosy asshole to go look up a preview clip so I can judge how slutty or gross they are. All of them bore me and I can never keep the porn window open even long enough to see the whole preview. I just want to know what their junk looks like. Geez. I sound like such an asshole. Are you a nosy asshole too? What do you think of all this sexual openness?
Ps, sorry for my typos, I fixed them. I think. Kids were drivin' me nut. Kids, kids, kids, all day, every day. It's a wonder my brain doesn't explode.

Well, I'm a happily married bisexual woman, too. I prefer women, but happened to fall head over heels in love with a very intelligent and witty man.
I spent nearly 20 years with women who are still my best friends to this day. And my children and grandchildren have all been raised to think nothing of it at all.
I have wonderful memories of gay pride weekends in DC and Chicago. Wouldn't trade them for the world. But I still love my husband and would never betray my vows to him.

Just Wondering, good for you for knowing what you want and will be happy with. Kudos to raising open minded children, that's a real accomplishment. This new generation may have their problems, but, I think, in general, that they are kinder and more open minded. Animals are being treated much better now and people aren't so afraid to be themselves. That's a huge plus to me. In some ways, it's a better world. (Their music still sucks though.)
