Too much? Or not enough?

My ears have healed from that post Christmas piercing binge I went on. I love them. I can now wear the real long ones I have never been able to pull off before. They clickety clack when I turn my head fast, and I love that. I've been playing with clock parts and chains that connect different spots and I don't get into pairs. I can wear all the special ones that I've lost one of, but, still keep. I find myself untangling them a lot, but, I don't mind that either. It's better than nail biting. I basically just find anything that I think looks good or interesting and shove it in any available hole. Hey, this must be what it felt like to be a dude in the 70's!

Should I keep going or stop now?

It's pretty! I think it's just enough, but if you were going to add more then a few little colored stone studs would be nice.

Thanks. I like the stud idea too. The only problem is sleeping on them for a few weeks while they're still healing. I like to sleep on my side. Pain in the ass for awhile there.

ps..and I meant to say, studs are hard for me to wear. The way my ears are shaped, if I put my head down, they poke into my skull. I hate most studs.

Looks perfect as it is to me.
I didn't get a piercing until I was over 50, way over. I always wanted to feel the flipping on the neck, but I can't change my earrings by myself and don't seem to have any currently that hit the neck.

Hmm, I'd make some. Do you garage sale? I pick up junk or broken jewelry to throw in my 'fix it' box all the time. I dig through it and put all kinds of things together. I bought a 'jewelry repair' kit at wally world for $5 bucks. It has tiny tools and parts. I also use my regular needle nose pliers all the time. I find it relaxing, plus I can customize for my head and ear shape. Putting them in the ears is sometimes hard, by yourself. You need practice. Sometimes I accidentally get two in one hole or can't hit the one on the top of my ear without a mirror.

Love how you do the earrings. I have 2 holes in my ears and use to wear earrings all the time . Then one day i put them in and my ears turned bright red and swelled up. I found out i became allergic to jelwery. Silver and gold . Sucks cause i loved necklaces and earrings

Cool earrings. They made another rule at work. You can't wear any dangly earrings of any kind. It's because we go to circulate in surgery for cesarean sections and tubal ligations once in awhile. I hate that. We really don't go back often, so what is the big deal? When you already wear generic, unisex scrubs, and can't wear gel nail polish, how else are you supposed to be an individual?
Anyway. Love the variety of your dangle earrings, Pat. Especially the key, and the ones with crystals. Very cool.

I like! Love the crystals. I am a big fan of dangly earrings :)

Karen, that's a bitch. I wonder if coating the metal with clear nail polish would help? I like silver myself, but, obviously not all my jewelry is real. I take doo dads off cheap ones and reuse the silver wires a lot.

Christina, I'd hate that too, but, I also hate it when they make me remove all my jewelry for a surgery. I guess they have valid reason, but, some of it seems dim. I mean, really, are you going to miss a silver 2" pentacle if it falls into my innards? Maybe you should be a dentist then. But, rules is rules.

Thanks Vanessa. I love real crystals and all quartz. I wish all my jewelry was real, but, I like costume too. I don't care what it is, as long as I like it..and it isn't made in China. I don't go there.

ps..I'm lucky in that, I love my birthstones, Topaz and Citrine. Most of those are real. They're affordable.

This post proves the demographic that posts here are all tacky white trash...or lie.

There is nothing cute or classy about all those piercings on an old lady, or anyone, especially with all your junk earrings.

I hate it when people bold face lie!!

Yea, we in healthcare are disgusted by all your white trash jewelry because it is filled with bacteria filled gunk. And you old betty's can never get your junk jewelry out by yourself and we are forced to smell that ear gunk.

It makes me want to vomit!

Trashy unclean white trash are so gross to care for.

Clean up, keep your 32 pieces of tin home and you will receive such better care...oh, and take a bath.
