Fashioning a new plumbing fixture for my fucked up, cobbled together by some idiot, bathroom sink. We have been without a bathroom sink for over a week because I had to take it apart all because some asshole cat thinks it's a junk disposal unit. Or a treasure chest. Actually, I think (I really do) that he just found another way to fuck with me. Anyway, I couldn't find a part that went to the top because it doesn't exist. Finally I decided that as a four year sculpture major with a BSE in GD art, I should make it myself. Which I did. I am so pissed off at this fucking asshole cat.
Recovered from drain trap..my favorite ring (my eyeball ring), one small diamond ring, my favorite clock studs, one cubic zirconia stud, one semi-precious stone and silver pendant and (not shown) two double A batteries, one triple A battery from the remote, one electronic cigarette, several real cigarette butts and a key ring with one key on it (no idea what it goes to).
Asshole. Do not roll your eyes at me, bitch. I cooled down, went to the store and when I came home he had torn out a window screen and was sitting outside looking at me like he was bored. Now I have a screen to repair. Come on!

Hey, I actually just talked to the guy who's doing the work. Work on the house resumes in the morning! So excited. I want to get in by June..hopefully.

Damn that cat is beyond belief. I get to start moving into my rebuilt house next month. It has walls so far, and windows, and will start getting paint and floors next week. I picked colors today but feel so damned bad I have no idea what I picked. Stomach, back, you name it, I feel like passing out. You know the drill, Pat.

Border, no one believes me. They all have bad cat stories, but, none can top him. House repairs and moving is the worst..and the best.
ps, what colors did you pick? I am getting it sprayed and the painter says if I pick ONE color it will be a lot cheaper because he won't have to clean the sprayer between rooms. So, I'm leaning towards a darker tan. I can do other things later at my leisure. I just want in there.
I always think it's most accurate to find someone else's correct colour - I mean a colour you really like on someone else's walls - and then copy it. Either bring a lot of swatches to the wall or to get a chip of it if it's old and peeling. I did that to get the right colour to paint my house and luckily the house I loved had peeling paint. I said a silent thank you to the owners.
I don't remember well what i picked for the walls, colors of kitchen cabinets and floor. I picked the dark grey I last painted 1 bathroom, still had a little paint left in garage to show him, and brown for the other bath. Everything else in light tones and I didn't notice one color from the other. The other color I picked, I am clueless about and must email him. I want it to look good with the light roof they put on. Your cat sounds like a reincarnated crow! I just love sand coloured walls that off white sandy colour is warm and goes with everything.
