You coaxed that Lion out of his no kill zone and shot him with an arrow when he least expected it. He didn't fear or hate people. People were his friends, his food source and then YOU came along and simply killed him for sport. His name was Cecil and goddamn you, Walter Palmer, he was wearing a fucking collar!!! How in the name of fair hunting do you kill a pet Lion and say you didn't know he was a pet when the damn cat was wearing a fucking collar!! A fucking collar!!!
A real big game hunter would have taken a lion from a place that had a lion population that threatened villagers. They also would have donated the meat and much of the permit money to the nearest village. Not only that, but, a good hunter would wait for a full on charge from the Lion! THAT is how you hunt. What you did was murder a tame unsuspecting animal who posed no threat and was loved, and I hope you go to jail. AND lose your crummy dental practice too. Murderer.

Well, I don't exactly know what Kanye's being doing up in there lately, but there's a hell of a lot more steam and greenish-yellow runoff coming out of it than usual.
It's hard for me to imagine the sense of entitlement it takes to murder such a beloved animal as Cecil was. It appears that he had previously hunted a male lion, but the mane on that male did not look as large and dark as Cecil' s did. I wonder if that is why he wanted to hunt another. I read somewhere that the dark maned ones are preferable as a trophy. He may have gone back, knowing that he would need to break some laws to get what he wanted, so they baited to get the animal out of the park, thinking that would be "legal" enough to keep him out of jail. I am pretty sure he didn't think he would be as hated as he is. It is a real shame that this sick bastard handed over a death sentence for Cecil's cubs. The next male to take over that pride will most likely kill them all to bring the lionesses into heat and produce cubs of his own.
He disgusts me, and should not be protected in this country. He should be returned to Zimbabwe to face the charges against him, whatever the outcome. He is a rat bastard, and a narcissistic little bitch, to boot. Add to that the fact that Cecil was friendly, and he took a cheap shot, but didn't really do the job correctly, so the animal lingered on in pain for an extended period of time. It's just not right, and there really is no way to fix any part of it.
Did you happen to see the couple that went "dentist hunting" in his neighborhood? I appreciate the dark humor of what they did. It cracks me up that they used stuffed lion toys as bait to try to bring him out of hiding.

I think Mia only tweeted his business address. The dentist is said to be messaging his patients pleading for them to come back. I doubt it will work for those offended by this fiasco. I'm glad it made the news. I doubt his family is cowering in fear. They are likely into the hunting as well. All families can be financially impacted by the actions of a parent/provider. Tough. That's the way it is. The working people deal with a car being towed and their $500 bill makes a big impact on them. Or ma and pa not making a rental payment, they have to move in the dead of night to granny's garage. So this dentist's family is no more in need than anybody else's.
I read that the address Mia tweeted was his business address, not his home address. People didn't realize it, and got upset about his family, etc, but it really wasn't a cause for concern.
I still like the people who did find out where he lived, and approached it with humor.
Frankly, I suspect that he targeted that lion because of his mane.

I'm totally smart, you guys!!!! Besides, Khloe got me word a day toilet paper for Christmas and it's totally paying off!! Actually, she had to buy the whole goddamned toilet paper factory on account of my massive deformed asshole that needs several rolls each time I take a shit and have the servants to wipe it for me. I make them read out the words to me before they wipe my asshole. It takes about four hours to get totally clean down there so that's a lot of words to learn!!!!!!
