Claudia's closet

Claudia Schiffer: “I’ve kept all my clothes. I have a hangar that is normally made for helicopters and I’ve got all my clothes in there." The hanger is climate controlled and has separate closets for each designer.

I have a problem with this and I'm not sure why. It's her money, she can do what she wants. Maybe the clothes are art and should be preserved. But, what do these models do to warrant such elaborate lifestyles? They walk a runway and let people take photos of them designed to sell us more expensive shit we don't need. Meanwhile, regular people bust their ass every day and are losing their modest homes. I can walk, you can walk..wtf is so special about her walk that she deserves a kabillion dollars for it? Celebs, models and frickin' sports stars..I just can't understand the pay. I know, it's been said. I'm just rambling this morning because when someone who "models" has to have a climate controlled fucking airplane hanger for a closet, it kind of chaps my ass. I'd like to think that if ever got filthy rich, I'd have better things to do with the money than prove how rich I am.

Is she clinging to the past? Is it appreciation of what brought her a good income? Or is it self-glorification? It's kind of strange, whatever it is.

she has millions of dollars and this is what she chooses to do with it. It makes me sad to think of all of the possible uses that money could have in helping people in need. If Claudia ever really thought about it, she probably would have a hard time living with herself.
Enjoy your clothes, Claudia!

Life isn't fair. No need to spend anymore energy on trying to figure this out.

Just another vapid piece of garbage in our world.

For all the negative things posted about Brangelina, they have given millions to help others who are less fortunate.

Enjoy your clothes, Claudia!

at the end of your life when people remember how you lived your life this is what you want them to say about you
"she keep every article of rag she wore in a climate controlled hanger"

they are just rags.. Claudia

In other words she's a high class wealthy HOARDER.

Gawd, even Pamela Anderson knows when to have a garage sale! Diana was going to auction off her gowns for charity that she had worn. Then she died, and she didn't get to see it thru. But her boys did eventually do it. Thats a good way to use your old fabulous clothes. I am sure her clothes are designer, maybe from designers that are dad now. She's been around for a long time. Such a waste. She should have a charity sale too. This is pure selfish motivation.

Claudia, Claudia, Claudia...why do you give the haters such ammunition? Just STFU, strut your stuff, then go wallow in your climate controlled clothes "hangar" to your heart's content.

By the way, if any of you commenting could suck a tennis ball through a garden hose, wear size 0 clothes, and sell your soul to fashion, you TOO could be like Claudia!

Sheesh Eric i feel so untalented now. Lol funny stuff.

You people are full of shit. Most women hoard their clothe. Half of the hypocritical shrews that expressed negative opinions about her keeping her clothes still have those jeans they wore in high school that will never get over the ass they've acquired from sitting and bashing people on the Internet. Claudia has a daughter the clothes will be great for her to receive in the future. I got a tremendous thrill going through and wearing my mom and grandmother's old clothing.

2:20 shrew much? Don't even try and tell us that you think it's normal to have a AIRCRAFT HANGER just for CLOTHING.

Sorry thats hoarding with a good measure of retarded thrown in there.

Saving some of the more expensive or unique things to pass down is nice. But i don't want trunks and trunks full of outdated worn out cloths from anyone.

How much is enough? How much money, how many handbags, shoes and pieces of clothing can a person own before they have enough, so much that they decide the child waiting in line wearing two different old shoes may need some help? It is hard to fathom. Maybe she could sell her clothes and open the very best no-kill animal shelter in the country -- she could even name it after herself. How's that?

Sorry, loser, I donate my clothes and bags that are still good to our local animal second hand store where people come and buy and the money goes to the shelter. Why would anyone hoard old clothes when they could help someone else? I get vintage, so don't go there, but everything we ever wore is not going to come back in style or fit.

Who the fuck are you morons to assume what is too much? 3:18 I guess everyone should live the way you and the other hating assholes that followed with their comments do. Please people grow the fuck up. How much clothes she keeps is her business. She is providing income for the people who maintain the hanger and lots of others who have to deal with her clothes.
