Geez!! What a lose! We could have lost some ugly mug dude, but Patrick was such a hunk! He was one f the sexiest men I have ever seen. I would have given anything to be Baby and I could have been except for the fact that I can't chew gum and....well you know!

Rest In Peace Patrick! You were one of a kind! We all love you!

He was one classy guy, and a fighter till the end. Sorry you have left us, Patrick.

So sad. He was a good mand and he loved his wife. I feel so bad for her right now. I really had hoped he'd pull through.I knew he was sexy the first time I watched ghost when I was like 5.

I really hope death skips the 3s this time. A very old dear friend of my fam's went into the hospital w/ congestive heart falure this morning...

He was good people. I've never heard a bad word about him.

Remember the Chippendale Dancers skit on SNL? Absolutely hysterical. He had fun making fun of himself.

I'm gonna play my Unchained Melody mp3.

He was a fine man and actor. That's sometimes a hard combination to find.
I hope his spirt knows joy, peace and love, where ever his journey takes him.

Very sad indeed. But I rather have him at peace than all the suffering he had to go through.

I saw Patrick in "Guys and Dolls" on stage in London a few years ago. Afterwards he came out to the alley behind the theatre and talked with his fans. I was blown away by his size, he was so tiny. He was the nicest man and that smile, oh my. Rest in peace, sweet Patrick, and save the last dance for me.

"Too Wong Foo Thanks For Everything Julie Newmar" is a very entertaining movie. It kind of gets lost in the shuffle. I will never forget The Outsiders. Everyone in that movie became a star, some became superstars. He had a fabulous body, dayum. Now Ghost will be for real & I will cry even more than usual. :(

I'm so sad for this. My thoughts are with his wife Lisa...RIP Patrick!

I loved Swayze, he was such a great actor, very classic and extremely good looking. His wife Lisa must be lost without him considering the fact she has been with him since the age of 15.

Why do all the good ones go and the world is stuck with major assholes?

Ok. Get this!
My "new-old" friend quoted a Patrick Swayze movie on Sunday night. He's all freaked out now and said he's never talking about celebrities again. I started talking about Kate . . . he started talking about Anne Coulter.

So now we have "our quote."

I want you to be nice until it's time not to be nice... Isn't that what Jon finally said to Kate?

I still love that film, always will. Jen Grey was great, perfect for the role.

I had seen an old re-run of MASH that Patrick was in...some of my favorite movies--City of Joy, Road house, Three Wishes, Red Dawn, Point Break, Dirty Dancing...He fought through his demons, was always a class act, he just seemed like one of those guys you could go up to and he wouldn't get so airy snobbish...he will be missed.

All his romantic movies are so classic, I love them. Wong Foo is an awesome movie too. He will live on, for us fans, through his films which is nice to think about.
