There is the property and the 'big ugly' gate. It's way to high to meet the codes. But, she would need more privacy than most people, for sure. As for the trees, from the look of the several dead ones, it's clear to me, Gwyeneth put in full grown trees. She doesn't have to wait for them to grow like us peasants.
